Apostille Documents

When a document is to be used in a foreign country, it is often necessary to have it Apostilled. An Apostille authenticates the origin of the underlying public document.

Embassy And Consulate Legalization

When a document is to be used in a foreign country, it may be necessary to have it Legalized or Authenticated by a Consulate or Embassy. This process is necessary for countries that are not members of the Hague/Apostille Convention.

Document Recording & Retrieval

We Record The Following Documents Daily:

  • Mortgages
  • Deeds of Trust
  • Warranty Deeds
  • Subordinations

Translation Services

Presenting your document overseas in a country in which English is not the predominant language will often necessitate the translation of your documents. It is always advisable to check if the authority requesting the Apostille/Legalization also requires a translation to ensure they can better understand the content of your document. If you do require a translation, The OC Notary will ensure your documents are accurately translated and formatted. We can also certify your translation if required.
