  2. Prepare your ID. Each signer needs valid identification — see our ID requirements.
  3. We travel to you. Home, office, escrow or title office, hospital or care facility.
  4. Sign and notarize. We complete the notarization on the spot.

Fees Snapshot

Notarization is $15 per notarized signature through December 31, 2026. Travel within our service area is $100, and hospital or care facility appointments are $40. See the full Fees & Payment page for apostille, translation, weekend and after-hours pricing.
