Travel Fee Rate: $50 within The OC Notary service area.
$15 – Per Signature
Apostille Document’s Fee: $200 for the first document and $100 each additional. (This fee inclueds travel, notarization of your documents, round trip to the Secretary of State, parking fees, Apostille costs, wait time, and returning documents back to you within 1-2 Business Days)
Jail Notary Service Signing: $150 (Anywhere in Orange County)
The Inmate will need a valid id or inmate identification that is current or has been issued within five years by the sheriff’s department
After-Hour Notary Services: (8:00pm-4:00am): Additional $25
Bounced Check Fee: $25
Credit Card Fee: 2.75%
We accept Debit, Credit, Cash or Check for payment of mobile Notary Services.
*If Re-Signing is necessary due to notary error or omission, There will be no additional charges.
*Travel fees are payable whether or not the signing occurs. Additionally, travel and signature fees are still due and payable even if a loan does not fund or the appointment is canceled within an hour of the scheduled time.
